OPERATIONAL ABSTRACT
A contactless desktop instrument that translates three-dimensional hand gestures into multichannel spatial sound trajectories and filter sweeps.
TECHNICAL SUMMARY & TRANSDUCTION DYNAMICS
Time-of-flight infrared optical sensors measure hand position in X, Y, and Z axes with 1mm accuracy, sending low-latency Open Sound Control messages to spatial decoders. Calibrated for studio and field use under ZIAA experimental protocols. Harmonic distortion measured under 0.02% across primary operating range.
