A granular synthesis software engine that splices incoming live audio streams into thousands of microscopic audio grains with independent pitch and spatial panning.
TECHNICAL SUMMARY & TRANSDUCTION DYNAMICS
Lock-free circular ring buffers support up to 4,096 simultaneous grain voices with Hann and Blackman envelope windows, distributed across a multi-channel sound field. Calibrated for studio and field use under ZIAA experimental protocols. Harmonic distortion measured under 0.02% across primary operating range.
