ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Lack of automatic ambient humidity sensors to dynamically throttle polarization bias voltage during foggy conditions.
CONTAINMENT PROTOCOL
Added a relative humidity interlock circuit that automatically powers down high-voltage bias supplies when humidity exceeds 80%.
